Located in a quiet village in southern Meuse with 600 residents, this late 19th-century farmhouse was fully renovated in 2007. The street is peaceful at the front, while the back offers a terrace, jacuzzi, traditional barbecue, circular plancha grill, and a small stream with a rowboat available. The house sleeps 1 to 25 guests and can host meals for up to 30–35 people. Gather for a weekend or a few days to celebrate a birthday, wedding, christening, reunion with friends, or simply to enjoy the tranquil, green countryside—perfect for relaxation. The comfortable house features 3 dining rooms (one for 35 guests), 2 fully equipped kitchens, a veranda, 7 bedrooms with double beds, 2 mezzanines with double beds, 1 bedroom with 7 single beds, 4 bathrooms, 1 washroom, and 5 toilets. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, a game room with foosball and billiards, and a rowboat for a ride on the stream at the bottom of the garden. The property is suitable for associations and group meetings.
